Hey hey hey!!!!! Happy HUMP day!!! Right now I am very over caffeinated and hoping not to sound as hyperactive as I feel!!!! Guess what?? I thought It would be fun to show you the Hungry Dancer Kitchen!!!

Perfect 10 bagel with laughing cow cheese! One egg over easy, two egg whites!!! Some mornings I really just want eggs for breakfast!!!

I thought I would share more information on my favorite bagels!!

These babies have 140 calories, 9 grams of fiber, and 18 grams of protein!! Yes I did say 18 grams of protein!!!

I also can’t seem to get enough ICED coffee!! This warm weather is making me crave iced coffee like no other!!

Fitness

Unfortunately with this time change, a morning workout didn’t happen!!!! I am planning to do some cardio tonight after work, and then later tonight I get to DANCE!!!! I haven’t danced in two days and I feel like im DYING!!! It’s an addiction, I swear!!!

    My salads all HAVE to have kale and sliced red bell peppers. It’s a necessity. I actually didn’t ever even eat my first red bell pepper until about a year ago — growing up I thought they were spicy for some reason — and I think I’ve consumed like 300 bell peppers since then lol!

  6. Your kitchen is gorgeous!! I want to have a beautiful kitchen when I buy a house one day. My favorite salads include spinach, lots of bell peppers, black olives, tomatoes and a yummy vinaigrette. Oh and feta too! πŸ™‚

I had them last night for dinner! I’ve never seen perfect 10 bagels but will get them if I ever do, 18 grams of protein is awesome! I usually eat bagel things..

  14. I wish my kitchen was that huge! I barely have a kitchen, it’s more like a countertop haha.
    My monster salad: romaine, spinach, arugula, apples, beans, cucumber, zucchini, raw nut cheese, nooch, hummus, bell pepper, flaxseed oil.

  15. I totally get ya on the needing eggs for breakfast…and they’re so much more filling then carb loaded brekkies too! Those bagels have AMAZING stats; I wish I knew where to buy them! Where do you find yours? haha I always overcaffeinate myself…I’ve been having 2-3 espresso shots a day! Not a good habit!! PS I added you to my blogroll:)

  16. Salad monsters are the best! I always pack mine full with lots of goodies – my favs are spinach, avocado, broccoli, red peppers, and balsamic dressing. Maybe with some carrots on top for some crunch.
