Hello friends!!! Thank you SO MUCH for all the amazing comments on my dance competition!!! I worked really hard to get where I am in the dance world and it’s awesome to know you guys appreciate that!! Moving on…
Yesterday I ate one of the most delicious sandwiches I have ever had!! I went shopping with my friend Lauren, and after we were hungry so we went to this grill place in the mall! I went with the spicy chicken breast sandwich!
I got mine with a side of garden salad. That focaccia bread was baked fresh for every sandwich! It was definitely the best part!
The inside had chicken breast, avocado, corn, and provolone! YUM!!
Breakfast today was a Perfect 10 bagel with dark chocolate dreams PB and banana slices! YUM
This salad monster included: Butter lettuce, a mixture of tempeh and salsa, 100 cal pack guacamole (!!!), and fresh pico de gallo!! So good, so filling!! Tempeh and salsa is an amazing pair!

I also was beyond excited because I got a package from Kay’s Natural!!! They make amazing protein snacks and were kind enough to send me a bunch of samples to review on the blog!!
I am beyond excited to try all these snacks!!
I did have one as a snack at work:
These are Chili Nacho Cheese Protein chips!! These were amazing!! The only thing I didn’t like was that for a small bag it had 1.5 servings. I wish it had been a one serving bag but it was still amazing. Each serving is 110 calories and has 10 grams of protein!! If this is any sign of how the snacks taste, I am going to LOVE all of it!! More reviews to come!!

So with the end of April, a couple of great things happened!!
- I lost 6lbs this month
- I moved in with my cousin
- I kicked a** at my dance competition!
Goals for May:
- Lose 6 more lbs
- Train even harder for my next dance competition
- Workout at least 5 days a week (not including dancing)
- Eat less processed food
